Sleepy Girl Club is committed to creating a spaces that feel welcoming, safe, and accessible for all. We believe that rest and sensory connection should be available to everyone, and we work to make our events as inclusive as possible.

Our Commitment

  • We carefully choose venues with step-free access where possible.

  • Quiet areas and resting spaces are provided for those who may need a pause.

  • Seating is flexible — chairs, cushions, and mats are available to suit different needs.

  • Touch-based practices are always consent-led. Participation is optional, and you can opt out of any element at any time.

  • Our practitioners are trained to adapt their approach with sensitivity to mobility, sensory, or personal comfort requirements.

Sharing Your Needs

When booking, you’ll have the option to share any access requirements (mobility, seating, sensory sensitivities, communication preferences, or other adjustments). We encourage you to tell us in advance so we can prepare to support you fully.

Limitations

While we do our best to make each event inclusive, some venues or sensory elements (such as sound, scent, or lighting) may not be suitable for everyone. Please check event details carefully and reach out with any concerns.
